Today Wednesday it is the Spanish national day a bank holiday in Spain. It is the Dia de La Hispanidad, the anniversary of Columbus finding the new world in 1492 it is also the day of the Spanish armed forces.

Our thoughts go out to all of You who can not come down to Malaga as planned due to cancellation of flights from the Uk. The amounts of snow up there must be amazing! Do you want to fly to Costa del sol airport and rent a car but thinking to much about BA strikes, volcanos and crisis. Do not worry if You need to cancel Your hire car booking, there is no cost involved. We only ask You to advise us as soon as You can and then You are very welcome the next time. We say this as we highly recommend to book now as it might get very difficult to get a vehicle on the Costa del sol during July and August. Soon Ryaniar starts operating its new routes out of Agp so keep an eye on that for cheap air travel to and from Malaga.

Come and visit Malaga and the Costa del sol this spring. April and May are perfect months with nice weather if You want to play golf on any of the many golf courses. If You are not interested in golf come and discover Andalucia when it is not so full of tourists as the peak summer months. Direct flights are available from several Uk airports.
